What You Should Know
Ocean View is a centrally located Ocean Front Duplex on 31st Street in Beach Haven Gardens. Each of the two well-equipped units has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and convenient off-street Parking for 3 cars and a private and secure locked garage.

The house is tastefully furnished in casual beach decor, and continually updated and maintained. Our wonderful housekeeper takes great care during the turnovers so you can expect a very clean house.

The house has two furnished decks on each level - the ocean front and the bayside decks. They are both comfortably furnished. The bay side deck is perfect for enjoying cocktails or reading that novel you've been hoping to finish.
Each unit has its own gas grill and outside shower, and for your comfort, each has central A/C and ceiling fans,
