Happy New Year! Roger and I are excited about our new vacation home at 31st Street in Beach Haven Gardens, NJ. We close on the home in just a few weeks and our adventure will begin. The house is a duplex.
Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Both units have amazing views of the Atlantic! What is especially nice is the fact that you can enjoy the view from inside through the large windows and sliding doors in the living room and master bedroom.
The few steps from the door to the sandy beach makes the house even more attractive. You can easily go home for lunch, snacks... whatever. Great feature for a family with children.
Once we officially own the house, we will list both units for rent, following in the steps of the previous owners Ellen and Joe - who by the way, are a wonderful couple. They could not have been more generous and gracious throughout our journey.
