Well it has been a long journey, but every step has led us to this beautiful beach house. We cannot be more thrilled. The best part of the journey was meeting very special people along the way.
Today, as Roger and I sat on "our" bench at the 31st Street beach entrance gazing at the ocean, we reflected on how we got to this very spot, and how thankful we were to have met our realtor,
Joan Konnor (Van Dyk Real Estate). From the moment we met Joan we knew we had not only found someone who would help us realize our goal, but more importantly, we had found a friend. She went to see every house with us, (and there were many). In her quiet and patient way Joan gave us the space to assess the pros and cons ourselves. She also introduced us to her husband, Jeff, who could not have been more helpful, especially during our home inspection, offering his thoughts, welcome advice, and answering our numerous questions. We cannot thank Joan and Jeff enough for their help and their friendship.
We look forward to to a wonderful future at our beach house and hope the people who stay at our rental will also cherish the experience at 206 East 31st Street.
